Corporate Recruiter:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Corporate Recruiter - Job Description:

The Corporate Recruiter will manage the onboarding process from end to end, supporting recruiters and senior recruiters with ad hoc requests. The role involves posting requisitions for senior recruiters, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Corporate Recruiter - Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process from start to finish
  • Support recruiters and senior recruiters with ad hoc requests
  • Post requisitions for senior recruiters

Corporate Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:

  • HR certification or HR Degree
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiter experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Workday/Phenom
  • Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills with analytical and numeric reasoning
  • Ability to collaborate, work under pressure, and adapt quickly

Corporate Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in an agency environment within corporate recruiting
  • FI / Banking experience
  • Experience working with senior leaders

Corporate Recruiter – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
