Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Specialist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Nursing Specialist will focus on delivering excellent patient care by performing medical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and providing assistance during treatments. Key responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, offering patient education, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. The role involves compassionate caregiving to enhance patient comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nursing, Medicine, and Patient Care
• Proficiency in Caregiving and ensuring patients’ comfort and safety
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Nursing or healthcare-related fields
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols and an understanding of patient safety practices
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Out of hospital care experience is a must
