Role Description The Junior Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thimmapur. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling and coordinating pest control services, maintaining service records, and assisting with resource allocation. The Junior Operations Executive helps monitor service quality, track job completion, and follow up with clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include communicating with field teams, preparing basic reports, and supporting the implementation of standard operating procedures. The role also involves assisting with inventory checks, operational documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior operations staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support service coordination and process compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret basic data, and help identify operational improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of service or field operations, preferably in facilities, pest control, or related industries.
• Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard procedures reliably.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Thimmapur and be willing to coordinate with field staff and management.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level applicants.
• Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and familiarity with reporting tools will be beneficial.
