Pro-Spin Sports is a bootstrapped Canadian brand built from the ground up over the past nine years. We design and sell high-quality racket sports equipment online in North America and Europe, with revenue approaching $20M CAD — proudly recognized on the Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies list three years in a row. Our categories include Table Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel (coming soon).

The Opportunity
Amazon is the engine that currently drives our business. This role exists to make Amazon perform better and to own the results it delivers.
As Amazon Marketing Manager, you will be our internal marketplace authority across eight international markets, responsible for revenue and profit performance, product launches, promotional strategy, pricing architecture, digital shelf, and PPC direction.
This is a commercial ownership role that requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and sharp execution in equal measure.
You will report to and work closely with the founder and CEO who has built this Amazon business from the ground up, as well as our in-house designer and operations team. The role carries real autonomy, a high bar, and significant room to grow.
What You Will Own
Amazon revenue and profit targets across all eight marketplaces
Listing quality across the full catalogue — copy, imagery, A+ content, storefronts, and search optimization across all markets
Promotional planning and execution across all marketplaces, including deal strategy, coupons, promotions, deals, and big events like Prime Day
Global pricing strategies set in collaboration with the CEO
Conversion rate improvement opportunities through A/B testing
Translation and localization of listing content across non-English speaking markets
Direct our Amazon PPC agency across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP — setting strategy, reviewing performance, and holding the agency accountable to TACoS and contribution margin targets
Launch plans covering listing creation, keyword strategy, promotional sequencing, pricing architecture, and PPC ramp
Amazon platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices
Who You Are
3-5 years of Amazon marketing experience at a consumer brand, with genuine end-to-end ownership of the channel
Demonstrated ownership across promotions, pricing strategy, merchandising, listing optimization, and launch execution
Strong in analytics — uses data to drive decisions, not just to report on them
Solid CPG marketing fundamentals — thinks in the 4Ps and understands how marketing decisions translate into commercial outcomes
Hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP — able to direct and hold an agency accountable at a campaign level
Detail-oriented and dependable — follows through and holds themselves to a high standard
Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces or international markets is a meaningful asset
Plays (or has experience playing) at least one racket sport is an asset
