Job Summary
We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth transportation activities. The candidate will be responsible for driver management, vehicle tracking, fuel monitoring, maintenance coordination, attendance management, and operational reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and track drivers through GPS systems to ensure route compliance and timely operations.
- Perform driver tracking and provide regular status updates to management.
- Record and verify vehicle kilometer readings on a daily basis.
- Plan fuel requirements and coordinate fuel filling activities for vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption and fuel entries.
- Manage employee attendance and driver attendance records.
- Update and maintain KM entries, fuel entries, and operational logs.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with service teams.
- Ensure vehicle fitness, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and minimize idle time.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet operation reports.
- Follow company transportation policies and safety guidelines.
- Support emergency transportation requirements and operational issues.
