Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.

· Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.

· Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

· Support new product introductions and ensure manufacturability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues in real-time.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements.

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Education and Qualifications:

· College degree preferred but not required.

· 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:

· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

· Experience in design, appliance industry, or sheet metal.

· CAD drawing experience.

· Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis.

· Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
