Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Educationist and Business Developer who also demonstrates the qualities of an effective teacher.

The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner needs, and providing individualized academic support. The Educationist will design learning materials, track progress, and maintain regular communication with learners and guardians to ensure positive outcomes. In the business development capacity, the role includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with parents, and supporting outreach initiatives to grow the tutorial center.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting consultations with prospective learners, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with colleagues, and upholding high standards of professional conduct and learner care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education, with experience in instructional planning, pedagogy, and learner assessment.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with learners, and their guardians,
• Proven Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build trust, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Training experience, including developing and delivering workshops, sessions, or academic programs for diverse learners.
• Research skills to design evidence-based learning strategies, analyze learner needs, and identify new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated qualities of a good teacher: patience, empathy, classroom management, and the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Experience or interest in business development, sales, or education services promotion is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Ability to work on-site full time in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively under a highly ambitious teacher..
