Part-Time Tutor/Nanny (After School) – 2 Days/Week
We are seeking a reliable, engaging, and kind part-time tutor/nanny to support our child, with after-school care and learning.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in education, childcare, art, music, or other creative disciplines, who enjoys working one-on-one with children and fostering both academic and creative development.
Position Details
- Schedule: 2 days per week (after school hours)
- Location: Lakefield, ON
- Compensation: $25/hour
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Pick up from school
- Provide 1–2 hours of tutoring/homework support
- Prepare a healthy after-school snack
- Prepare lunch for the following school day
- Engage in creative or skill-based activities (art, music, etc.)
- Create a calm, structured, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (tutoring, nannying, teaching, or similar)
- Background or strong interest in music, art, or another creative skill
- Responsible, punctual, and nurturing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (for school pickup)

- Education-related background (teacher, ECE, student in related field)
