Your Role: Process Improvement Compliance Officer
Responsible for ensuring process compliance, managing ISO standards (9001 & 27001), and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Works closely with leadership to improve efficiency, maintain audit readiness, and strengthen overall governance.
Type: Full-time role
Location: Mumbai (5mins walking distance from Parel station) + Bhiwandi Factory visits regularly
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (one Saturday off per month)
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 compliance (QMS & ISMS)
- Lead internal & external audits; close non-conformities
- Drive process improvements using Lean/5S practices
- Conduct regular factory and department process reviews
- Identify gaps and ensure SOP adherence across teams
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
- Support IT/security compliance and client questionnaires
- Assist in ESG initiatives and reporting
- Track audit scores, process metrics, and improvements

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Engineering / Operations / Quality)
- 6–10 years in process improvement, quality management, or compliance roles
- Mandatory
- Hands-on experience managing ISO 9001 QMS in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with ISO 27001 ISMS implementation or maintenance
- Track record of conducting internal audits, managing external audit cycles, and closing NCs
- Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, or light manufacturing (understands job-shop production)
- Prior ESG/sustainability project ownership or participation
- Experience filling enterprise IT/security questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
