Job Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales & Operations professional to lead business growth, drive profitability, and manage multi-store retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall P&L management while ensuring smooth retail operations across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Sales & Operations for a city or multiple retail outletsHandle P&L management for minimum 10+ retail stores
- Drive annual sales targets of ₹10 Cr
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency across stores
- Monitor store performance, profitability, and sales productivity
- Analyze MIS reports, margins, profitability, and operational metrics
- Lead and manage store teams to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Retail Sales & Operations
- Strong understanding of Retail Processes, Sales & Profitability
- Experience in managing multi-store operations and business growth
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting, margins, and P&L management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Candidates with working experience in Delhi/Gurgaon preferred
