Unlike traditional printing companies, we operate through a hybrid manufacturing model by coordinating with multiple production partners and managing end-to-end packaging execution.

We are looking for a highly proactive Operations Manager who can bring structure, speed, accountability, and execution excellence into our operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the complete production coordination cycle from order confirmation to dispatch.

The role involves:

• Vendor coordination
• Production planning
• Job tracking
• Follow-ups
• Dispatch planning
• Quality coordination
• Timeline management
• Internal team coordination

This role is critical in reducing operational delays and improving execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Production & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with printers, rigid box vendors, corrugation vendors, finishing vendors, and logistics teams
• Plan and allocate jobs based on timelines and vendor capacity
• Follow up daily with vendors to ensure timely execution
• Resolve production bottlenecks proactively

Job Tracking & Planning

• Track all active jobs from PO to dispatch
• Maintain production schedules and delivery timelines
• Ensure proper movement of materials between vendors
• Coordinate with internal runners and production staff

Operations Management

• Improve operational systems and workflows
• Reduce delays, wastage, and coordination gaps
• Ensure jobs move smoothly between processes
• Escalate critical issues before delays happen

Team Coordination

• Work closely with sales, design, production, QC, and dispatch teams
• Coordinate approvals, production updates, and delivery commitments

Required Skills

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously

• Good communication and vendor handling ability
• Problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable handling operational pressure
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Experience in printing/packaging/manufacturing operations preferred
