About the Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations at Hair Sanctuary & Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, handling appointments, managing calls, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage front desk activities and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Answer incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
• Maintain appointment records and client details.
• Handle cash payments and maintain basic billing records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-spoken, presentable, and professional personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and payments.
• Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
• Prior experience in receptionist, front desk, salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Experience in salon, beauty, wellness, hotel, or service industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and handle clients efficiently.
