Our client is a modern CPA affiliate network operating in B2C service verticals across the U.S. We work quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize performance, transparency, and high-quality traffic.

About the Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing U.S.-based advertisers.

❗ This role is not about bringing in new clients.

It is focused on managing, optimizing, and scaling current advertiser accounts.

You will be responsible for ensuring advertisers receive high-quality calls, stable volume, and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with existing advertisers (clients buying calls/leads)
• Ensure alignment on KPIs, call requirements, and campaign expectations
• Monitor and analyze performance: call quality, approval rates, conversion rates, ROI
• Identify and resolve issues related to low-quality calls or performance drops
• Work closely with internal teams (affiliate managers, QA, operations)
• Act as a bridge between advertisers (demand) and traffic sources (supply)
• Maintain stable delivery (volume, caps, pacing)
• Support the growth of existing accounts by improving performance and scaling campaigns

Requirements

• 1 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing/lead generation/performance marketing
• Experience working with clients/advertisers/accounts (account management)
• Strong understanding of CPA / CPL / Pay-Per-Call models
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Solid communication skills (English – Advanced)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Experience working with U.S. clients

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pay-Per-Call platforms (Ringba, Retreaver, Invoca)
• Background in home services (insurance, solar, legal, etc.)
• Experience in lead generation or call center environments
