Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Pay Per Call Account Manager to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publisher management, and call-based campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities
- Manage and optimize Pay Per Call campaigns across various verticals (Insurance, Finance, Home Services, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers and affiliates
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Work closely with internal teams and advertisers to align campaign goals
- Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and industry regulations
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Handle daily reporting, pacing, and budget management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 + years of experience in Pay Per Call / Affiliate Marketing
- Strong knowledge of platforms like:
- HasOffers (TUNE)
- Ringba
- Invoca (optional)
- Experience in managing inbound call campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US/International markets
- Knowledge of compliance (TCPA, call validation, IVR flows)
- Existing network of publishers/affiliates is a plus
