Title: Power Plant Operator

Location: Richmond, VA area

Pay: $35 - $50/hr, OT, 8% bonus, 401k, PTO, Health

Job Responsibilities:

• Start up and shut down power generation equipment including but not limited to: turbines, boilers, pumps, water systems, steam systems.
• Work with maintenance department during preventative maintenance and outage scenarios.
• Check own work as well as others work throughout the facility.
• Work with CRO and Shift Supervisor t to ensure plant viability.
• Progress in training to run the boards.
• Have a strong understanding of emissions requirements and adhere to regulatory requirement while operating facility.
• 3+ years of experience in a power plant or heavy industrial setting or Navy experience
