Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Infuse local trends into product presentations, window displays, and mannequin styling to engage our target audience effectively.
• Uphold visual merchandising best practices to create displays that reflect current fashion trends and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Continuously assess and adjust displays to ensure commercial success and relevance to the local customer demographic.
• Utilize product knowledge to offer exceptional customer service and style advice, fostering positive interactions with shoppers.
• Ensure accurate display of price tickets within visual merchandising areas, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor and report on the success of visual merchandising areas, collaborating with the management team to drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate and empower colleagues to develop their creative skills, fostering a team environment focused on delivering captivating displays.
• Provide coaching and support to colleagues to improve their visual merchandising techniques, driving excellence across the store.

Salary: Annual salary range: $38,000 - $52,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
