Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analyst – Human Resources & Administration to lead and manage the organization’s HR and administrative functions. The role involves overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration, strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, performance management, and compliance, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the skill development, education, or development sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring across Primarch Skills Bharat and its subsidiaries
  • Develop job descriptions, manage job postings, and coordinate interview processes
  • Drive efficient onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, confirmations, and exit processes
  • Ensure smooth employee lifecycle transitions and documentation

3. Payroll, Compensation & Compliance

  • Manage and process monthly payroll with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations
  • Maintain proper records for audits and regulatory requirements
  • Administer employee benefits, reimbursements, and compensation structures

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems and processes
  • Track employee performance and support improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
  • Support career progression and internal growth pathway

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Build and maintain a positive, high-performance work culture
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Strengthen internal communication across teams

6. Administration & Operations

  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational functioning of the office
  • Manage infrastructure, logistics, and workplace standards

7. Strategic HR & Organizational Support

  • Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational structuring
  • Provide HR reports, MIS, and insights for decision-making
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems
  • Contribute to strengthening organizational processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR & Administration roles
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong command over English (written and verbal)
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, and performance management
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
