Sales consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers (leads) through calls and messages.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Assist customers with loan, insurance, and documentation process.
• Coordinate with the delivery team for vehicle delivery.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Basic automobile product knowledge
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
• 0–3 years Automobile sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
