Job Description
Pride Health is hiring Floater Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Baltimore City, Frederick County, and Columbia, MD. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.
Job Summary
This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong venipuncture skills, excellent time management, and experience working with both pediatric and geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
- Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
- Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage workload independently in a solo work setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ year of phlebotomy experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
Additional Information:
- Location: Baltimore City, Frederick County, and Columbia, MD
- Job Type: 13-week contract
- Pay Range: $17 - $23 hourly
- Shifts: Mon -Fri, 6 AM - 7 PM
- Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
