Job Title: Customer Allocations Lead

Location: Hershey, PA

Duration: 9–12 Months

Role Summary

The Customer Allocations Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end allocation process when customer demand exceeds available supply. This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure inventory is distributed strategically and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute allocation decisions based on demand vs supply constraints
  • Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production limitations
  • Build data-driven recommendations for leadership decisions
  • Manage allocation entries in systems (SAP S/4) and ensure accuracy
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and Planning teams
  • Support reporting, leadership updates, and process improvements

Required Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
