Retail Shop Manager

As a Retail Shop Manager at Pretty Vogue LLP, located in Konni, Pathanamthitta, your role will involve managing store operations to drive consistent sales growth and provide excellent customer service. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store growth
• Increase average bill value through upselling and cross-selling
• Implement strategies to improve footfall and customer conversions
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festival offers, and product campaigns

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Ensuring a friendly and welcoming shopping environment
• Guiding customers in selecting suitable products for moms and kids
• Addressing customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Building long-term relationships with repeat customers

In terms of store operations, you will:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and store cleanliness

For inventory management, you will be expected to:

• Track stock levels and fast-moving products
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory control

Your role will also involve team management, where you will:

• Supervise and guide sales staff to achieve store targets
• Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that you will be evaluated on include:

• Monthly sales growth
• Average billing value
• Customer conversion rate
• Inventory turnover
• Customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in retail store management

• Candidates from Pathanamthitta or nearby areas will be given preference

The salary range for this position is 13,529.37 - 43,365.90 per month, and benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. This is an in-person work location.
