Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits to authorize authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors, ensuring proper identification and documentation.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity across the property continuously.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Support loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications is a plus.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and security protocols is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with the public and team members.
