Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Plumber who is comfortable working in both environments. This role will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential homes, commercial buildings, and select site/underground utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing service, repairs, and installations in residential and commercial settings
• Install and repair water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform camera inspections and diagnose underground issues
• Assist with or perform underground utility work, including piping, drainage systems, grease interceptors, and manholes
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments
• Experience with troubleshooting and service work
• Basic knowledge of underground utilities (preferred)
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred, not required)
• Experience with camera inspections and underground diagnostics
• Experience in the DMV market

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
