Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Plumber who is comfortable working in both environments. This role will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential homes, commercial buildings, and select site/underground utility projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing service, repairs, and installations in residential and commercial settings
- Install and repair water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform camera inspections and diagnose underground issues
- Assist with or perform underground utility work, including piping, drainage systems, grease interceptors, and manholes
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments
- Experience with troubleshooting and service work
- Basic knowledge of underground utilities (preferred)
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred, not required)
- Experience with camera inspections and underground diagnostics
- Experience in the DMV market
