As a Digital Marketing Instructor, your role will involve:

  • **Teaching & Instruction**:
  • Designing and delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Social Media Management, Web Analytics, and Content Strategy.
  • Incorporating emerging trends such as AI in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and OTT Advertising into the curriculum.
  • Utilizing diverse pedagogical methods, including case studies, live projects, and digital simulations.
  • **Research & Scholarship**:
  • Conducting original research in digital marketing or related domains.
  • Publishing findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed, or UGC-listed journals.
  • Participating in academic conferences and seminars to stay at the forefront of the discipline.
  • **Student Mentorship**:
  • Advising students on academic progress and career pathways in the digital ecosystem.
  • Supervising student internships, capstone projects, and research dissertations.
  • **Institutional Service**:
  • Contributing to curriculum development and program accreditation processes.
  • Serving on departmental committees and assisting in organizing university events or industry guest lectures.
  • *Required Qualifications & Skills**:
  • Academic qualification of a Masters degree with at least 55% marks in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Eligibility criteria include clearing the NET/SLET/SET or holding a Ph.D. in a relevant field as per UGC Regulations.
  • Technical proficiency with hands-on experience in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO platforms such as Semrush/Ahrefs.
