Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro Gate No 3, Kolkata.
Salary: ₹15000 - ₹30,000
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Week Off: Tuesday
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hardcore non it recruitment (preferably edtech)
Laptop: Must have own laptop
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and managers.
- Manage full cycle of hiring
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Tie up with colleges for on and off campusing drives
Who Should Apply?
