Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance – Google & Facebook Ads role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves planning, creating, and managing performance market campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, and related platforms. The team member will conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing bids and budgets, and analyzing funnel metrics to drive lower acquisition costs and higher ROI. The role also includes preparing performance reports, collaborating with content and design teams to develop effective creatives, and staying up to date with platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics, user behavior, and ROI.
• Experience with Performance Management and performance marketing optimization across Google and Facebook/Meta platforms.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing, A/B testing, and experimentation to refine ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams and to present insights clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in Ed-tech, test preparation, or performance marketing for education brands is an advantage.
