Job Summary: ONE Jeanswear Group is seeking a 3D CLO Technical Designer to support the Technical Design and Design teams in developing garments within a CLO 3D environment. This role focuses on building and refining 3D garments, supporting pattern adjustments, and contributing to the product development process. Level and scope will align with candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Build 3D garments in CLO 3D from sketches, tech packs, and reference samples

Utilize existing blocks to develop new styles while maintaining fit consistency

Modify and adjust patterns in CLO to support fit and design intent

Partner with Technical Design and Design teams to review garments and refine fit

Assist in preparing and updating tech packs based on approved styles

Maintain digital libraries including blocks, fabrics, trims, and avatars

Support cross-functional communication throughout development

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with CLO 3D or similar 3D design software

Understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and fit

Ability to modify patterns within established standards

Experience working from existing blocks and tech packs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and PLM systems

Salary Range: $70K - $90K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
