Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for end-user systems, IT infrastructure, and network environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting enterprise IT operations aligned with networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
Location: Prayagraj (Allahbad) & Delhi
Job Type: On-site / Project-based
Budget: Up to 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows/Mac), and application issues
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access permissions
- Support basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, connectivity)
- Assist in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
- Handle ticketing system and ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and remote support tools
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices is a plus
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
