Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for end-user systems, IT infrastructure, and network environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting enterprise IT operations aligned with networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.

Location: Prayagraj (Allahbad) & Delhi

Job Type: On-site / Project-based

Budget: Up to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote desktop support to users
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows/Mac), and application issues
  • Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access permissions
  • Support basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, connectivity)
  • Assist in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
  • Handle ticketing system and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and remote support tools
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices is a plus
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
