Sr. QA Tester (Healthcare Environment)

PrecisionERP is seeking a Senior QA Tester with deep experience in healthcare systems and enterprise application testing. This is a full-time remote contract supporting a large-scale digital health initiative.

Contract Details

• Duration: 5.5 months (initial term, potential extension)
• Start Date: Summer 2026
• Location: Remote (must be performed within Canada)
• Hours: Full-time (standard workday with occasional additional hours as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and cases
• Validate system functionality against functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform end-to-end testing of healthcare information systems (clinical and administrative)
• Test ERP-related processes, including business workflows and data validation
• Support system implementation through QA analysis, requirement validation, and process mapping
• Identify defects, gaps, and improvement opportunities across systems and workflows

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, including development and execution of test cases for complex systems
• 6+ years of experience testing within a healthcare environment

, including clinical or administrative systems

• 4+ years of experience testing enterprise/ERP systems

, including validation of business processes and data integrity

• 5+ years of experience testing healthcare applications such as Altera Sunrise

, including workflow and configuration validation

• 5+ years of experience in an analyst or QA role supporting system implementations, including:
• Requirements gathering (functional and non-functional)
• Business process documentation and mapping
• Gap analysis

Certifications & Education

• QA certification such as

CSTP (Certified Software Test Professional)

or equivalent

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be able to work remotely from within Canada
