About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & BD Lead to own our marketing engine and build a strong MQL pipeline — with a sharp focus on Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll lead digital marketing end-to-end, drive agencies to deliver impact, and manage an inside sales team to generate and qualify leads to our Sales and our Centre of Excellence (COE) teams.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing

→ Own and manage Pratiti's website — content, performance, and SEO

→ Drive SEO strategy — keyword planning, on-page/off-page, and organic growth

→ Lead LinkedIn and social media — content calendar, engagement, thought leadership

→ Brief and manage agencies — hold them accountable for quality and campaign impact

→ Own BD campaigns and email marketing — conceptualise, brief, execute, optimise

→ Track and report digital KPIs — traffic, engagement, qualified reach, brand visibility

Inside Sales & MQL Pipeline

→ Lead and mentor the inside sales team — set targets, review outreach quality

→ Drive account-based outreach targeting GCCs in India across priority verticals

→ Own the MQL qualification process — score, contextualise, and hand over to COE teams

→ Work with Sales, Accounts and COE Head to align on ICP, messaging, and handover protocols

→ Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting

→ Contribute in pre-sales once the lead has been qualified

Brand, Events & Campaigns

→ Build brand awareness with GCCs, enterprise tech decision-makers, and industry platforms

→ Own campaign planning and execution — brief to launch to performance review

→ Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and sponsorships

→ Drive content — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, newsletters

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4–6 years in B2B marketing — IT services, SaaS, or tech consulting preferred
  • Strong hands-on digital marketing skills — SEO, LinkedIn, website, campaigns
  • Experience managing agencies and holding them to results
  • Prior inside sales or SDR team management experience
  • Familiarity with GCC ecosystem in India is a strong plus
  • CRM proficiency — Zoho, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Data-driven with ability to report and optimise on KPIs

Good to Have

  • Exposure to AI, IIoT, or digital transformation domains
  • Experience marketing to US/UK/EMEA enterprise audiences
  • Worked in a scale-up or founder-led environment
