Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and research-oriented Recruiter to join our Executive Search team, specializing in the Life Sciences domain, including Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and broader Life Sciences sectors. This role involves identifying, engaging, and placing senior to leadership-level talent across global markets through a consultative, intelligence-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Talent Search & Mapping

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent intelligence across Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices sectors.
• Identify and engage CXO, VP, Director, and niche technical leaders in areas such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.
• Build longlists and shortlists using a combination of research tools, databases, and networking strategies.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with clients to understand business strategy, hiring mandates, and organizational structure.
• Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the search lifecycle.

3. Candidate Engagement & Assessment

• Approach passive candidates through headhunting techniques, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and assess candidates on technical expertise, leadership capability, and cultural fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-caliber candidates for long-term engagement.

4. Search Execution & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure a high-touch, confidential, and professional candidate experience.

5. Industry Research & Intelligence

• Stay updated on trends within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biologics, Biosimilars, CDMO, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences innovation.
• Track key industry movements including M&A, regulatory changes, and leadership shifts.
• Develop knowledge assets such as competitor mapping, talent pipelines, and market reports.

6. Business Development Support (Optional/Preferred)

• Support partners in identifying new business opportunities through market insights and client mapping.
• Participate in pitch preparation, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in executive search or specialized recruitment within Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of pharma/biotech manufacturing processes and regulatory frameworks (USFDA, EMA, etc.).
• Proven track record in headhunting and closing senior-level roles.
