Junior Engineer - Purchase

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Procurement Engineer in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs) as per approved requisitions and project requirements.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Compare quotations and prepare commercial comparison statements for evaluation.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order confirmations.
• Maintain, update, and organize the vendor database, including supplier profiles, contact details, and performance records.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of quotations and deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, purchase documentation, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification, and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
