Role Overview:
As an Accounts Manager at Prachay Capital Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audits. Your strong accounting background and experience in handling financial records, statutory compliances, and MIS reporting will be crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Financial Statements
- Handle monthly/yearly closing, MIS, and financial reporting
- Review expenses, payroll records, and control accounts
- Manage GST, TDS, PT, PF, and Income Tax filings
- Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Prepare Statements of Accounts, Bank Submissions, and Financial Reports
- Maintain General Ledger and Accounts Receivable records
Qualification Required:
- Semi-Qualified CA (Articleship completed) or Fresher CA
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Background in CA Firms, Financial Institutions, or Banking Industry
- Age: 2432 years
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
