Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, as well as the ability to analyze data and perform thorough inspections. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with production teams to maintain quality management systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform WIP and Final QC inspections in compliance with IPC, UL, CSA, ISO, and Powersonic QMS standards.
- Ensure accurate data collection and minimal error rates.
- Conduct inspections on outbound products.
- Participate in corrective actions and support QA manager in audits and validations.
- Ensure adherence to quality processes and documentation standards.

- Time management under pressure.
- Communication and teamwork in reporting QA issues.
- Timely response to quality concerns.
- Compliance with quality standards and elimination of repeat issues.
