🌟 Role: Electrical Inside Sales Engineer with gravitation towards Power Systems/Power Distribution) – Training on products will be provided. Canadian/US/EU passport holders prioritized for potential international training/onboarding 🌎✈️

⚠️ ATTENTION: Candidates with a focus on "Power Systems, Distribution, Protection, and Electrical Design" will be prioritized. Backgrounds in "Instrumentation, Controls, PLCs, Industrial Automation", or "Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, and Electronics" will also be considered.

This is a full-time role with extensive training—initially on-site in Mississauga, ON, and possibly abroad (EU/US). The role transitions to mostly hybrid after the first 6 months of training and onboarding!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to design technical solutions for clients.
• Conduct product demos & presentations to potential customers.
• Assist in preparing accurate sales proposals.
• Provide post-sales support and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends & innovations.

👤 Candidate Profile

✔ 2–5 years of experience with a good technical foundation in electrical engineering

✔ Willingness to learn and grow within a structured technical sales environment

✔ Proactive, team-oriented, and accountable mindset

🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering.

✔ Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and networks. Knowledge of ground fault relays, isolation monitors, etc. is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting & testing (would be very helpful)
• Understanding of safety regulations & standards.

✔ Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn & adapt.

✨ Preferred (Not Required, but a Plus!):

• Eligibility for EIT registration (EGBC).
• Academic knowledge of ground fault relays, isolation monitors, etc.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV systems, power distribution, or testing.
• Familiarity with ETAP, PSSE, SKM Power Tools, MATLAB, Python.
• Knowledge of NFPA, IEEE, IEC, NEC, CEC standards.

📋 Logistics:

• 🇨🇦 Canadian citizenship (or EU/US passport) – required due to extensive training/onboarding travels.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel aboard without restrictions (No work permits).
