Inventory Clerk - Immediate Openings

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support daily business operations. This role includes receiving stock, updating inventory systems, monitoring product levels, and helping ensure materials are available when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments
• Count, sort, and organize stock in designated storage areas
• Update inventory records using manual logs or computer systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Label and store products accurately for easy access and tracking
• Assist with order preparation, stock transfers, and replenishment tasks

Additional Duties

• Perform routine inventory counts and cycle checks
• Investigate differences between physical stock and recorded inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve inventory accuracy
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and documenting stock

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience is helpful but not required
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to lift, move, and organize moderate-weight items
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team

Work Environment
