Assistant radiology technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist radiology technicians during imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound
• Prepare patients for procedures (positioning, explaining basic steps, ensuring comfort)
• Maintain and clean radiology equipment and rooms
• Handle patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Follow safety protocols, especially radiation protection guidelines
• Assist in transporting patients to and from the radiology department
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordination
• Ensure proper storage and handling of imaging reports and films

• Basic knowledge of radiology procedures
• Good communication and patient-handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
• Basic computer knowledge (for records and reports)

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology (preferred)
• 10th/12th pass with relevant training (for assistant-level roles)
• Prior experience in a hospital/diagnostic center is an advantage

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
