Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Nelamangala. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and finalize video content for digital and offline channels, including product videos, brand stories, social media content, and internal communication assets. Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting clips, applying transitions, syncing audio, and optimizing pacing to align with brand guidelines. The role involves color grading, basic sound refinement, and incorporating motion graphics or titles to elevate visual storytelling. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to translate briefs into engaging video outputs, manage file organization, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including working with different formats and platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output that matches brand aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual enhancements.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant video work is required; a diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
