As a key member of the compliance team, your role will involve ensuring adherence to all applicable insurance regulations and internal policies. You will play a crucial part in conducting regular audits, reviewing policies and procedures, and providing guidance to ensure all insurance operations are compliant.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conducting regular audits of insurance operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Reviewing and updating insurance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
  • Developing and delivering compliance training programs for insurance staff.
  • Responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
  • Staying abreast of changes in insurance regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent compliance across the organization.
  • *Required Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
