Job Description
Pontosense builds privacy‑first sensing technology that helps people stay safe at home — without cameras, wearables, or sacrificing dignity.
Our SilverShield technology quietly monitors safety and daily routines in the background, giving families and care providers more peace of mind when they can’t be there in person. SilverShield powers both our consumer product, Silvie, and our solutions for partners in care environments. As we grow, we’re investing in the brand and growth foundations that will help us reach more of the people who need it most.
About the Role
This is a high-growth role with real ownership from day one, designed for someone who wants to quickly expand their scope and impact.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our go‑to‑market efforts with partners, care organizations, and other professional channels. You’ll help bring SilverShield to life for decision‑makers through clear, well‑crafted marketing assets, campaigns, and enablement materials.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organizing, creating, and executing, and wants broad exposure to how marketing supports sales and partnerships. You’ll work closely with our partnerships, sales, and product teams to make sure our story is consistent, compelling, and easy to act on.
What you’ll do
Campaign and launch support
- Help plan and execute targeted campaigns for prospective partners (email, webinars, events, co‑marketing activities).
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and logistics for launches, announcements, and partner‑focused initiatives.
- Track basic performance metrics for these activities and share simple summaries of what worked.
Content and communications
- Draft and edit marketing copy for partner‑focused emails, landing pages, and collateral.
- Support the creation of thought‑leadership and educational content (e.g., blog posts, articles, webinar materials) that speak to care providers and professional audiences.
- Ensure messaging stays consistent with our brand voice and our privacy‑first, trust‑centered positioning.
Events and co‑marketing
- Assist with planning and execution of conferences, webinars, and partner events (virtual and in‑person).
- Coordinate with partners on co‑branded materials, sign‑offs, and promotional activities.
- Support logistics such as invites, follow‑ups, and simple lead tracking.
Operations and reporting
- Keep shared marketing folders, asset libraries, and content calendars organized and up to date.
- Help maintain basic CRM/marketing lists and ensure data is clean for outreach.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for the team on campaign and content activity.
What success looks like
- Our sales and partnerships teams have a solid, well‑organized set of materials they trust and use regularly in conversations.
- Partner‑facing campaigns and events run smoothly, with clear timelines, assets, and follow‑ups.
- Our messaging to professional audiences feels more consistent and polished across channels.
- It’s easier for new partners to understand what SilverShield does, who it’s for, and how to work with us.
Requirements
Must‑have
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (startup, health, tech, or care‑related environments are a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to turn complex ideas into clear, simple language.
- Comfortable working with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint) and basic design tools/templates (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple small projects at once.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking feedback from different stakeholders.
Bonus
- Experience supporting sales/partnerships, account‑based marketing, or partner campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM and email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience working in health, aging care, or other trust‑sensitive categories.
Mindset
- You’re proactive and reliable — people know they can count on you to follow through.
- You enjoy being a “connector” between teams and take pride in making others’ work more effective.
- You’re curious, coachable, and eager to grow your marketing skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Why Work at Pontosense
- Shape the future of how people stay safe and supported at home, with technology that respects privacy instead of relying on cameras or wearables.
- Join early enough to have a real say in how we build, position, and grow SilverShield and Silvie, not just execute a fixed playbook.
- Work with a multidisciplinary, low‑ego team that genuinely cares about thoughtful products, clear communication, and long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
- See the impact of your work in real stories from families, caregivers, and organizations using our technology in their day‑to‑day lives.
- Grow your career in an environment that values ownership, experimentation, and learning over perfection.
