Job description

ABOUT POLYMARKET

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Polymarket is looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Trust & Integrity. Trust is the foundation our marketplace is built on — traders, partners, institutions, and regulators need confidence that our markets are fair, secure, and well-governed. This function sits at the intersection of market integrity, financial crime prevention, and user protection, and is becoming more central to Polymarket's business as our volume and regulatory footprint grow.

You'll build the systems to detect and stop wash trading, market manipulation, and insider trading; prevent money laundering and fraud across deposits and withdrawals; and give users real tools to trade responsibly. You'll integrate vendor tools and in-house systems to provide a holistic view of our customers and their activity. The ideal candidate has shipped product in fraud, compliance, trust & safety, or risk domains, and can translate regulatory and policy requirements into a product roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the roadmap across three pillars: market integrity, financial crime & fraud, and user protection
  • Drive detection and enforcement for market manipulation, wash trading, and insider trading — including real-time data access risks, MNPI exposure, and monitoring of insider networks
  • Own the fraud and AML prevention roadmap across deposits and withdrawals, working with PSP and vendor tooling alongside in-house detection systems
  • Define and ship responsible-use tools for users — from education to deposit and trading limits to mental health resources
  • Build and maintain the KPI/OKR framework for the function, spanning market integrity, financial crime, responsible use, and external trust metrics
  • Manage relationships with trust & safety vendors and evaluate new partnerships through RFPs
  • Integrate vendor and internal systems into a coherent trust stack, ensuring signals from surveillance, KYC, AML, fraud, geolocation, and payments tools flow into common workflows
  • Help define how Polymarket communicates its trust and risk posture publicly, translating complex operational work into clear narratives for users, partners, and regulators

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of product management experience in trust & safety, fraud, compliance, risk, or a related domain
  • Track record of shipping detection and enforcement systems — fraud, AML, market surveillance, content moderation, or similar
  • Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into product specs and roadmaps
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with legal, policy, and compliance teams
  • Comfort defining KPIs/OKRs for a function and using data to prioritize and measure impact
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and run RFP evaluations
  • (Plus) Experience with prediction markets, gaming, sports betting, or crypto compliance

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
