About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher for Middle School (Grades 6–8) to foster students' proficiency in Hindi language and literature. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating an engaging learning environment that develops students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills while promoting appreciation for Hindi language and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, prose, poetry, comprehension, and creative writing.
• Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive teaching methods.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and instructional materials.
• Encourage participation in debates, storytelling, recitations, literary activities, and cultural programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide remedial support and enrichment activities based on individual learning needs.
• Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE school.
• Strong command of Hindi language and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
