About Politech Group
Politech Group supplies hydraulic connectors, hose assemblies, quick disconnects, and various other hydraulic products to a variety or markets across Ontario. We are expand and looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Inside Sales Representative who can manage quotes, reorders, follow‑ups, and customer success activities to ensure zero revenue leak and maximum cross selling for account growth.

Position: Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Coordinator
This is a critical role that ensures customers receive fast, accurate support and that every opportunity is captured, followed up, and converted.
What You’ll Do
- Handle all inbound customer requests, including quotes, reorders, product questions, and stock checks.
- Prepare and send accurate, timely quotes and follow up proactively to close business.
- Manage daily reorders and ensure customers never run out of critical fittings, hose, or connectors.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with active and dormant accounts to prevent revenue leak.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across all hydraulic and pneumatic related products.
- Maintain 100% CRM accuracy with notes, follow‑ups, and next steps.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and flag declines, gaps, or new opportunities.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and long‑term relationships.
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or customer success experience (hydraulic preferred).
- Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and customer‑focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
- Experience with quoting, order entry, and CRM systems.
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for customers to call; you reach out.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with hydraulics, fittings, hose, or industrial products (an asset).
- A passion for helping customers and growing accounts.
