Job Description
You will be working as a Field Sales Representative where your main responsibility will be to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Your role will involve sourcing new sales opportunities, closing sales to achieve quotas, managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Additionally, you will research sales competition to stay ahead in the market.
- *Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods and achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count
- Acquire New Customers through Leads, Natural market, References, Orphan base
- Fix meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model
- Upsell & Cross-Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated
- Ensure timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
- Render prompt post-sales service to allocated customers with respect to all domains
- Adhere to customer touch-point engagement to service your portfolio of customers
- Maintain the desired persistency ratio
- Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business numbers
- Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
- Forecast sales, develop out-of-the-box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers' skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Research accounts, generate, or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
- *ISMS Responsibilities:**
- Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures, and objectives
- Actively participate in ISMS exercises
- Request access to information access from Team Leaders/Executives
- Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk
- Protect the secrecy of passwords
- Protect information assets used by you against the compromise of assets' confidentiality, integrity, or availability
