Job Description: Relationship Manager - Health Insurance (Agency Channel)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Health-Agency team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a profitable network of insurance agents to drive business growth for our health insurance products. This is a critical role for expanding our presence in North India.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents/agencies.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for health insurance policy sales.
- Training and Coaching: Conduct regular training sessions for agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with the agency force to ensure retention and maximum productivity.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the health insurance sector.
- Compliance: Ensure all agents operate within defined legal and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 year of proven work experience in Health Insurance is mandatory.
- Mandatory experience in the Agency Channel within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of agents.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on business development.
Educational Requirement
- A Bachelors degree in any field.
