  • Responsible for Leading the sales team of 5-8 RMs.
  • Primary role is to Recruit and onboard the FOS.
  • Should be from insurance broking background and having 5+ years experience & 2 + years experience in leader role.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Motor, life & health insurance.
  • Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM.
  • Conduct continuous agent RM and Agent training programs , also help them in coordination with different teams.
  • Cascade the information about the various sales contests and keep the team motivated.
  • Travel in the Area (8-10 Cities) to monitor & review the sales teams & help them drive agent recruitment & business nos.

Skill Requirements

  • Candidates should have Insurance experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively.
  • Should be sales driven.
  • Strong understanding of market trends & competition products.
  • Good convincing Power and Good Communications skills both verbal and written
