Area Head Life Insurance Agency Channel

Location: JABALPUR, RANCHI, BILASPUR, BHOPAL

CTC: 7-12 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in LIFE INSURANCE AGENCY CHANNEL

We are looking for a highly driven Area Head with strong experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel sales. The role requires hands-on experience in agency distribution, advisor recruitment, and field sales team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through Agency Channel distribution
• Manage and lead field sales teams across assigned locations
• Recruit, train, and activate insurance advisors/agents
• Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
• Monitor team productivity and advisor performance
• Develop local market penetration strategies
• Conduct regular field visits and team reviews

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel
• Mandatory experience in agency sales and advisor/agent recruitment
• Strong team handling and field sales management experience
• Candidates from Bancassurance/Banca background are advised not to apply
