Regional Transport Manager

Podar Education Network is looking for Transport Manager as below;

• Role - Regional Transport Manager
• Assigned Areas - Bihar and Bengal
• Base location - Either Samastipur OR Gaya Ji

Pre-requisite and Must have experience into:

• Minimum Graduate. MBA Preferred
• 07 to 10 yrs relevant experience in Transportation, Automobiles, managing Fleet of Vehicles, Handling Transport Staff, RTO Compliances, Fleet Operations, Agreements and Budgeting, Billing etc
• Well versed with state transport rules for School Buses, policies and procedures
• Manage teams, Training, Inspection, Need based visits to the locations, Transport Audit
• Oversee complete School Transportation , Handle multiple units, Assist Admin, Responsible for School Bus Fees and hassle free transportation service for students, Safety and Security
• Ensure proper documentation, MIS, Tech savvy, Customer services, Vehicle Management etc
• Well versed with knowledge of School Bus Repairs, Maintenance, and PNL
• All other relevant duties
