Job Description
Note:- This role requires excellent English proficiency and clean editing skills. Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience editing international podcasts. Each editor will work on atleast 1 episode per day and should be able to deliver by the end of the day. We are looking for 2-3 editors for our Kolkata office.
Terms:- Each shortlisted editors will be required to work for first 15-20 days on live projects (Paid), then we will decide whether we will move forward with them or not. If you deliver what we are looking for, you will be offered the joining letter and team tools access.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Podcast Video Editor working with international clients from the US and 30+ countries. The Podcast Video Editor will manage video production, ensuring high-quality edits for podcasts, including color grading, motion graphics, and optimizing overall visual storytelling. The role involves creating polished video content, repurposing clips for social media, and collaborating with teams to maintain consistent branding and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and high level English understanding for international podcast.
- Proficiency in content editing and not just cut to camera
- Experience with Video Color Grading and enhancing visual consistency
- Skilled in basic Motion Graphics and creating visual effects
- Familiarity with podcast editing and content structuring processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing for audience engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus
- Prior work experience in podcast or media production is advantageous
Working hours:- 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
