Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager Travel Retail focusing on the South & South East Asia region, based in India (Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore). Responsibilities include managing key accounts to build and sustain strong partnerships, developing business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing sales activities, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Business Planning and Travel Retail
- Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal Communication abilities
- Solid Sales experience and focus on achieving revenue growth
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Cross-cultural understanding and experience in the South & South East Asia travel retail market is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Proficiency in multiple languages spoken in South & South East Asia is a plus
